1. Calculate your fee

TEPAI applies to vessels over 7 m.
Almost every private owner picks the first option. The two professional types are for boats holding a Greek charter licence under law 4256/2014 — a yacht chartered out to guests, or a boat licensed for paid day trips — and above 12 m they earn a 25% reduction for the months of exclusive professional use. If your boat is registered as commercial under another country's law instead (Malta, Cayman, UK MCA and the like), pick the last option: Greece charges it exactly like a private vessel, and that 25% reduction does not apply.
Payment period
The day the boat enters (or entered) Greek territorial waters. TEPAI must be paid before this date, so please order early enough. If the boat is already in Greece, enter the day it arrived.
Make sure the months you selected include this date — TEPAI paid for the wrong months is not refunded by Greece.

2. Vessel & liable person details

Exactly as they appear in the ship's registration documents — this is what will be filed with AADE.

The vessel's official registration number, exactly as in its registration document.
Greece has two registers and the number goes in a different box for each. Almost every boat outside Greece is in an ordinary ship register — keep "Register number". Only pick Β.Ε.Μ.Σ. if the boat is Greek-flagged and entered in the Greek small-craft book kept by the Port Authority.
Where the boat lies in Greece — the marina, port or boatyard. Greece asks for it as part of the vessel's details. If the boat is cruising and has no fixed berth, leave this empty.
Optional — leave empty if the boat has no fixed berth in Greece.

Person liable

Greece makes each of these liable for the whole fee, and the application records which of them is filing. On a private boat pick the first option unless the boat is kept and used by somebody other than the person named below — an owner who sails their own boat is its holder and user too. On a professional vessel pick whichever describes that person. Operator and legal representative apply only to the professional vessel types.
The details below must belong to whichever of these you picked.
Only if a company owns the boat. Greece asks whether the owner is a person or a company, and a company is entered under its registered name instead of a personal one. Leave this empty if the boat belongs to you or to another private individual — the personal details below are still required either way, as they identify whoever is filing.

Is this the official AADE website?

No. easyTEPAI is a private, unofficial service. We file your TEPAI for you on the official AADE eTEPAI platform, for a service fee shown before you pay. You can always file and pay yourself, free of charge, at aade.gr.

How long does it take?

Your TEPAI is filed by our team, usually within 1–2 business days of your payment. You get an email at every step, and your personal status page always shows where your order stands.

What does it cost?

The TEPAI amount is set by Greek law and depends on your boat and period. Our service fee is shown itemized in the calculator before you pay — no hidden costs.

What exactly do you file?

Exactly the vessel and owner details you enter, for the period you selected, on the official AADE eTEPAI platform. Please copy them precisely from the ship's registration papers — we file them as entered.

What do I receive?

Right after payment: an order confirmation email with your reference and personal status link. Once filed: an email confirming your TEPAI is filed, plus the official payment confirmation — keep it aboard with your ship's papers.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Yes — until we have filed your TEPAI, email us and we refund your payment in full. Once the TEPAI is filed with AADE, the service has been performed and can no longer be cancelled. Details are in our Terms.

Do you see my card details?

Never. You pay on Stripe's secure payment page; your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
