Terms
1. Scope
These terms govern the contract between you and Annette Vasilaki, Villa Vita Vatoryssi, 26500 Patras-Boudeni, Greece (“we”), for the easyTEPAI filing service. We are a private intermediary — we are neither AADE nor the creditor of the TEPAI tax itself.
2. Our service
We calculate your TEPAI according to the published Greek rates, collect the TEPAI amount plus our service fee (both itemized before you pay), file your TEPAI on the official AADE eTEPAI platform, and email you the confirmation — usually within 1–2 business days after payment.
3. Prices and payment
The total shown at checkout consists of the TEPAI amount set by Greek law and our service fee. We are a small business not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our fee. Payment is made by card via Stripe. The contract is concluded when your payment is completed.
4. Your obligations
Enter the vessel and owner details exactly as they appear in the ship's registration documents — we file the TEPAI exactly as you entered it. TEPAI is due in advance, before entering Greek waters or before the month starts; ordering in time is your responsibility.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Greek Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU). By placing your order you expressly request that we begin performing the service immediately, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once we have filed your TEPAI in full. Until the filing has been made, you can cancel by emailing support@easytepai.com and we will refund your payment.
6. Liability
For damage other than personal injury we are liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for decisions of Greek authorities, or for fines or other consequences caused by late ordering or by incorrect data you provided.
7. Governing law and disputes
Greek law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules; if you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. The courts of Patras, Greece have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise. Consumers may also bring out-of-court disputes before the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr).
